Managing your child’s screen time doesn’t have to be a battle. With Carrots&Cake, you can turn device time into a productive and rewarding experience. At the heart of this transformation is Learning Time, or as we call it, Carrot Time—a fun and engaging mode that ensures your kids earn their playtime by completing educational activities.
Let’s dive into how it works and why kids (and parents) love it!
Once you tap the START button in the Carrots&Cake app, Learning Time begins. During this period:
Non-educational apps are blocked: Your child can only access educational apps or activities set up in the app.
Apps stay locked: Even if your child closes the app, the other apps remain inaccessible until Learning Time is completed or paused—something only parents can do.
Game Mode: Welcome to Carrot Land!
Carrots&Cake turns learning into an adventure with its GAME mode, featuring Carrot Land and Nibbles the Bunny as your child’s guide.
Here’s how it works:
Explore Carrot Land: Your child begins as Nibbles, tasked with finding a friend in the vibrant and imaginative world of Carrot Land.
Complete a Carrot: Once they find Nibbles’ friend, they unlock a learning activity, referred to as a “Carrot.”
Earn Points: Each completed Carrot earns points, motivating your child to continue learning.
If there are multiple Carrots, your child can choose which one to tackle first, keeping the experience flexible and engaging.
From Carrot Land to Cake Land
After completing all the Carrots, your child enters Cake Land—a reward zone where all apps on the device are unblocked for the free time you’ve set.
Here’s what happens in Cake Land:
Your child can use any apps they like during Cake Time.
Once Cake Time ends, apps are blocked again, encouraging your child to repeat the learning process.
The points earned during Learning Time can even be redeemed for exciting rewards like Robux, adding an extra layer of motivation.
