Carrots&Cake gives parents the flexibility to customize their child’s learning materials, or “Carrots,” ensuring that screen time is both productive and engaging. Whether you want to add new educational apps, websites, or adjust learning schedules, it’s easy to make changes. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it.
Access Parent Zone: Start by tapping on the Parent Zone within the app. This section is password-protected to ensure only parents can make changes.
Edit Carrots: Once inside, find the Carrots section and tap on the Edit button.
Choose Learning Materials:
Customize Time Settings: After selecting the materials, tap Continue to adjust the learning time for your child. You can:
Set the learning time for today only.
Apply the changes to all days of the week.
Save Changes: Once you’re satisfied with your selections, save your changes, and the new Carrots will be ready for your child’s next Learning Time.
