To delete a Carrots&Cake, RoWardZ, Learn&Earn, Screenlox, or Jabber account, email support@carrotsandcake.com from the email connected to your account.

What to Include

• The email address used in the app.
• The app name: RoWardZ, Learn&Earn, Screenlox, or Jabber.
• Whether you want all family/device data removed or only a specific child/device profile.

What Happens Next

We will verify the request, delete eligible account data, and confirm completion by email. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, purchase history, or legal compliance.
